Please see the Visa Office specific requirement. For New Delhi applicants.... we need to submit this information. For London applicants... there is a specific form (IMM....) for travel history. I don't have any idea about Manila ....please see that.
Yes, again as per Visa Office specific instructions (under column 7 - Work Experience)....it is mentioned that PA & spouse (if PA is showing that spouse is working) has to submit proof of employment.

Just checked your Visa Office (Manila) specific document (E37025). You don't have to provide travel history..... and employment certification for spouse is also not required.......  . Hope it helped.

Please read the last sentence in my previous post..... few documents + or - ..... 
I sincerely think that you should also go through (carefully) the Instruction Guide (IMM EG7000 or EG7) & Visa Office Guide (E37029) for New Delhi. You will have a very clear picture of the whole procedure.

1122 has already reached the cap of 1000!!! All the Best.

Consider Occ Code 3233 before you applies in 3152. These are related occupations but 3233 have high probability to get in the 1000 cap  from now on!!!!

you said we needed to now send the PCC with our application however, according to my given instructions, it says specifically that if you are submitting your application after june 26th, the police certificates are not required with the complete application to the CIO. If your application is placed into processing, you will be required to provide police certificates to the visa office at a later date.

What are you talking about? I have no clue as to which reply of mine was stating that you will have to send 2 sets of documents one to CIO and the other to VO

BTW, ALL documents(including CIO checklist and VO checklist documents) except PCC has to go to CIO, if you are applying after June 26 2010.

yes you will required from india and canada , its required for all countries where you stayed more then 6 months.

do we need to add any cover letter with the application explaining our case and profile. also is there any reference format for showing the work experience certificate for Pharmacists ( Both hospital, Community  and Industry Pharmacist ).

also there is a change in the mailing address in the pdf guide and in the website . which one should we follow. also if i send application by speedpost which address should i use the one with regular mail or the one with courier.
