Hi Akrum,

My document were recieved by the CIO on 5th Aug 2010 (sent by Blue Dart), but still no word from CIO, still wating.

I sincerly hope I get to hear from CIO by 1st half of OCT, I'll update you if I get any info from CIO.

I'm not aware if there is any other way to get an update from CIO without the file number

Hello Seniors,

I have one question regarding the bank document. The letter issued by bank for accont certificate is not on theie letter. The reason given that they do not have a letterhead paper. The letter given has the bank stamp, seal and signature of the authorised person. Will that be a problem? I am planning to submit my account statement of my passbook as well or bank statement along with letter. Please suggest.

I have done it !!! Sent our future by FedEx.... was weighing 940 gms..... costed me Rs 2265 by FedEx pack... will reach on monday....

Hi everone.

i HAVE SUBMITTED MY fsW APPLICAITON WITH POSITIVE AE0 IN JUNE 2010 AT chc, lONDON AT uk AND GOT MY SECOND AOR ON 23 RD AUGUST,2010 SO I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MEDICAL REQUEST , RPRF and Passport Request. ? does anybody know about processing time for AEO applicant at CHC, London  ? please guide me as i am new to this thread.

Hi All ,

As per new regulation regarding skilled worker immigration to Canada, I need to send CIO Checklist and Australia Visa office check List to Canada (CIO, SYDNEY, Nova Scotia). Both (CIO And VO Checklist ) Checklist contains same items like IMM 0008 , Schedule 1 , Schedule 3 , IMM 5406 etc .
 
Could anybody please clarify if I have to attach these forms in both checklists or just attach with CIO checklist only? If I physically attach those forms with only on CIO checklist should I still put check mark on Visa Office specific checklist? How CIO needs it? , Any guidelines on this area? , Seems bit confusing for me. Please Advice.

In case you belong to India and your VO is New Delhi then this is for you..(others can also enjoy....no problem).....its basically a tracker...

Hello issac

Welcome to this thread! I think you have just started filling up the form...there are lot many other things which will really make you crazy  Cry Cry

As for your query...you have to submit these forms IN ORIGINAL with the CIO checklist... (it is mentioned also). In the VO checklist you have to just tick mark the required boxes.... also you can just attach one sheet mentioning that the forms have been already submitted with the CIO Checklist. (I did the same).

Hi Anil ,

Truly appreciate your Answer and you are 100% correct. I called Canadian immigration and clarified it.

BTW i am a Canadian citizen for last 10 yrs helping my brother in NZ . His application is almost ready to send. I am just doing a stress test before we release.

You need to send both checklists together now:

 --> CIO - Document Checklists
       - Followed by document under this checklist

 --> Visa Office Specific - Document Checklists (Appendix-A)
       - Followed by all the supporting documents under this checklist

Things to be in originals: Application forms (printout with signed), IELTS Score sheet, Official Transcripts of Degree cert (in University Sealed Envelope), Any affidavits (if applicable), Any clarification letter (signed - if applicable), Letter of References from current & past companies, bank Statment as POF, and of course Bank draft (if choosing this method to pay).....
