It does not mention that way - whats mentioned is only we received your application for permanent residence on sep 13 2011...

Either ecas is not updated or they will start to process later on

VirtualWorkforceAsia aims to bring together skilled and talented virtual workers from Asia, and employers from Australia and New Zealand, for the benefit of all parties.
Most virtual workers look to the USA and Canada for opportunities – often at great cost to their social and family life because they become night workers.  Australia, and to a lesser extent, New Zealand are geographically AND chronologically Asian.  This gives Asian virtual workers the option of working during their day so that they have time for family and friends!
Add to that the strength of the Australian economy – complete with a well documented skills shortage, and it is obvious that both workers and employers stand to gain by forging ties.

There are also spaces available for:

Hello Dr. Hasib and et.al

I am new on here and seeking guidance for my intention to apply Federal Skilled Worker.
To begin with, I am a Filipino, BSN, RN and worked in the Philippines as a CLINIC NURSE. I am currently here in Singapore and started to work as a Nursing Aide for over three years. I recently promoted as Assistant Nurse.

My questions are:
Which category should I fall?

If I am going to file my application, which Canadian Embassy I have to use to process my visa application? (Philippines, my place of origin or Singapore, where I am presently working)

I am grateful to every input you could share me/us.

Ranny

DEAR Dr. HASIB

here i am posting my own case regarding marriage. I am one of the applicants of pre june 2010. My Case is In Process since Feb 2011 in CHC NDVO. My initial applicatin date is Jan 2010. Before I applied to Canadian PR I had applied for Residence and Work permit of one of the European countries and got residence visa in  Jan 2011. After getting this Visa I came to Europe in March 2011. Sinnce then I have been living in Europe legally. Feeling lonely in Europe, I managed to get one marriage certificate being married with my girl friend from my country. I applied her as dependent. she got visa in August 2011 and landed in Europe in October 2011. We are here in Europe together as husband and wife in same address.

Now the problem is that I have not yet informed CHC ND concerning the change in marrital status. but I have only informed CHC ND that I have moved to ........country in Europe and no more in my office from where i had submitted my work experince latter. My fear for not informing CHC ND about my marrital status is the possibility of further delay in processing my application and possible varification of my marriage document by VO. Please seniors help me solve this problem .....I will be very glad for your valuable suggesstions ...

you must add your wife right now by paying 550 CAD and submitting forms, docs such as (wife's passport copy, birth certificate copy, marriage certificate etc)
concealing your marriage might cause you visa refusal

Dear Dr. Hasib
thank you for previous reply.I am am going to add my spouse very soon in the proceesing as MY ECAS status is IN PROCESS in CHC NDVO.  I am now in Denmark  in residence and work permit visa for the last 10 months. My wife also joined me recently here as I sponsored her as an accompaning family member. So we are living here in the same address.
Now my question is what documents should i sent to CHC ND from current place (Denmark) and my own country to add my spouse with me??. I have only marriage registration certificate from my village government office. No pictures are available. What else can i do to prove that my marriage is genuine to CHC. can you please share me your suggesstions?? May be a quick checklist

"The process involves many things. If our case file is well presented and the enclosures vouch the quality-quantity, adequate POF docs etc., there might not be a requirement of 'actually' calling the employers, references etc. The VOs have a way with that, they are experienced enough to ascertain the logical disposition of our case. But, if there are any concerns of his/her, s/he is likely to ask for additional docs, do further scrutiny vide any means [calling, visiting etc.] & might ask for an Interview."
Can anybody tell your experience with this? Has anybody an experience that CIC calls to any employer or asks for an interview?
Thank you!
