no buddy , a per my knowledge  is concerned before 1985 { not sure abt yr }  birth certificate in India was not necessary . If required those  born before 1985  could  make a affidavit  from court  to issue  a new one  . These are legal in India . so CHILL ALEX BUDDY.

I would highly appreciate your help regarding this I send my application which reached on 15 of July on 14 of sep they took money from my account and my nov has now reached it's cap. Wandering what are the next steps.
Further more does it mean I have satisfied all the criteria and they will send me an email or a letter to my address.
I have been waiting for 2 month and nothing from cic.
Please guy guide me.
What is a PER and when do u obtain it?
And is there any chance of returning my document without processing even when they took money from my credit card.
I would highly appreciate your comment and recommendation as I did everything by my self and getting guidance from all of your comments so would like to thank you all for your contribution.

Please guide me about sending the original transcripts/marksheets of my MSc. and BSc degrees.

In the document checklist it is mentioned that Original Transcripts of all successfully completed studies should be submitted.
Does it mean that I need to send my ORIGINAL marksheets or is it OK to submit notary public certified copies of transcripts/marksheets?

I am confused because usually duplicate of Masters or Bachelors Transcripts/marksheets are not issued from the university. One can apply for duplicate certificates or degrees but transcripts/marksheets are usually issued only once. So if I send my original marksheets then it may be a problem.. Please GUIDE...

You should request your university to give you marks transcripts. In some countries only one original copy is available as is your case.
The university registrar's office can provide you with the transcripts. The photocopies  of your mark sheets are signed by the university registrar or other designated authority, placed in an envelope, seal the envelope and put a university seal across the sealed envelope and returned abck to you. You should send these transcripts unopened to the CIC.notarized or public certified copies are not accepted in case of transcripts.

Hi, I sent my application for Federal Skilled Worker in july 2nd, and until now, 3 months, my credicard has not been charged with the fee yet, and I have not received any email or letter from them. No contact at all in 3 months, should not they have at leat charged my credicard already? or is this wait for the first contact really more than 3 months? How much time should I wait for them to contact or charge my credicard with the fee? and if the waiting time expires, how can I contact them to know whats going on?

I am sending my application under 3112 from Pakistan. My visa Office is london. Before 31th July london office had visa office specific requirements for Pakistan. Now there isnt any mentioned.

thx 4 ur information actually i am concerned abt couple of things.

one is about 1122 catagory says two types of experiences management and advertising..i have advertising one can i qualify ...

also..i have police clearances from australia and ireland as soon as i left the countries will they be ok to send to CIO as they are three months old.. but i never been to those countries..after getting the police clearnces.
