I hav applied under same NOC 3131. Is it ur phrm d transcript missing? Well if u sent result cards then probably they will accept that.

I did B. Pharm. and then M.Phil. (Pharma. Chemistry) and I have sent copies of degrees of both and copies of transcripts (Notarized copies of Degrees and Transcripts). Infact I did this caz London Visa office asks for these things at later stage but after 18th July updates transcripts are not compulsory only degrees and certificates would serve the purpose but caz of old check list I am worried as CIC has become strict recently thats why I'm worried 
I can hope that all goes well.

     1.   Do we need to submit notarized copy (xerox) of education document OR transcripts obtained from university (sealed) . If transcripts obtained from university { as sealed} , must not be opened.  what about document from 10th  and 12th (transcripts or notarized copy).

    2.  Pcc,POF, experience letter and  ielts score must be original isn't it.
   
     3.  All documents must be send to CIO sydney . do we need to send any document to VISA office[NEW DELHI] ?

Also you have to include Notarized copy of your university docs. with transcripts.

     3.  All documents must be send to CIO sydney . do we need to send any document to VISA office[NEW DELHI] ? : Read Guideline carefully . Only CIO.

1. Do i need to send my Original experience certificates along with the application, cause in imm 5612 it says we need to send in the originals, whereas it doesn't in Visa office specific instructions.

2. And the most Important part being- " Do i need to send the whole bundle to CIO  in sydney?   Or do I submit it in Canadian High commission in New delhi ?" because at the last page of Visa specific instruction checklist it says-  " place all your documents in a sealed envelope and mail them to :- The canadian High commission....... New Delhi .

 Hence the confusion!

First off, i think you did not get latest forms. I strongly recommend you to get all the latest forms from here along with instruction guide and new checklist which is now only one not two is it was before 18th July,2011.

Now your answres;

1- Yes, of course you are to send original experience certificates. but yeah you can send notarized copies of your employment contract (appointment letters) Also send original pay stubs.

2- Definitely you will send your application to CIO office, Sydney. You will find this in Instruction guide.

You must download instruction guides and read them in detail before filling in your application forms.

It's solely your choice that what forms you would like to submit. but to me you should opt for new checklist as well as demands most of the notarized copies instead of original as it demands the old check list i.e. Original birth certificates of you and spouse and Marriage certificate. But in new list you only need to submit notarized copies.
Rest it's your choice.

All the applications are now sent to CIO,Nova Scotia.
Then they send your application to your respective Visa office.
And in the form you will mention your visa office.
and you can find your visa office that deals your country of residence or currently you are residing in.

Post secondary educational documents are your matriculate and intermediate certificates. and these are required for you, your spouse or common law partner.
