what does it means when your DD or BD en-cashed ? does it means that our application package is complete and will be considered for process? or they do en-cash it in either case?

hi i m from pakistan & planning for immigration for canada under federal skill worker(FSW).
i m accountant and working in textile company since 2007 so as an accountant my (NOC 1111) is not in the list of 29 eligible occupation that is issued after june 2010.

so can I apply under my NOC 1111 or not because my occupation is not in the 29 eligible occupation

2nd thing how immigration authorities verify job experience whether they just call to office for verification or send their agents for personal visit to office for verification.

for pakistani all who is applying under (FSW) should deal with london visa office......

so where i should submit my application, forms & supporting documents
either london visa office or CIO nova scotia  sydney canada.... this realy confuse me so pls wud anyone provide me information about my above questions.

thnx

faraz ahmed
If your occupation does not appear in the NOC 29 list, you cannot apply without an approved job offer.  Look carefully at the list of occupations in the NOC 29 that have not reached their 1,000 CAP and see if any of the job duties match what you have done for at least 1 full time year in the past 10 years.  It doesn't mean it has to be the job you are presently doing.  IF you are lucky and one of your jobs falls into that category and you reach 67 points or more, you can apply.  Your full application would be sent to CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia and if approved they will forward it to the VISA OFFICE you indicate serves your country.  All instructions are given in the GUIDE.  Pay special attention of instructions of your specific Visa Office.
Verification can be done by phone or personal visit if necessary.  Good Luck.

now i want to ask  I m planning to apply under federal skilled worker for immigration to canada...& i will show my work experience of insurance adjuster & have experience certificate....but as my insurance company has shut down how immigration authorities verify my job experience because they can't call or visit my office for verification as my company has shut down in 2010 ?

can i apply under FSW as an insurance adjuster NOC 1233???

or will immigration authorities reject my case by giving reason that v can't verify ur experience as ur insurance company has shut down...

hey friends
the POF for a family of 4 needs to be around 10 lac INR (slightly lesser).

I need to know if there is a problem in just being able to cross that limit say showing 11 Lac INR.
If one has NSC s and KVP s worth 10,000/- or 5,000/- and counts it , how is it viewed?

as far as I understand, one can only count savings account balance, NSC KVP Provident fund and FDs. No insurance or mutual funds can be shown as proof?

Any corrections?[/b]
thanks

Hi Deex,

For the family of 4 : CAD $ 20,654 is required amount to show as POF.

I think you are correct that LIC & MF is not allowed under it.

Mayank

Arrange employment: what you should know:

You have a full-time job offer that has been confirmed by HRSDC
 Your employer has made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful and
 You meet all required Canadian licensing or regulatory standards associated with the job.
Note:
 You cannot arrange for an HRSDC confirmation. Your employer must do this for you.
 HRSDC will only confirm permanent job offers for occupations listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the NOC.
