Priya, you need not affix the photo to the form. You need to put write down name, DOB, date taken on all the photos, and on one of them, add height and eye colour. Just put the photos in an envelope, write down name and DOB on the envelope, and attach the envelope to the form.

Hi,

Please can anyone tell me that is there possibility of rejection of visa if CIA or visa officer  is not satisfied with applicant's spouse's details or past personal/ educational history? Or they are only concerned with applicant's profession?

yes if u r claiming spouse points in 67 required then u must have to prove that,cic is concened with spouse education which should be more than intermediate.if inter then 0 points. if u r main applicant then they dont concern with spouse profession.

Hi zeenat,

I am not claiming points 4 my spouse education. so in this case if there is some discontinuity in my spouse's education then this will not matter?

hi seniors,

Can anyone give information regarding ECR or ECNR status of passport.
how does this matters, like my passport was issued in 2002 n it shows ECR status. Will this have effect on immigration visa?
its due to be renewed in 2012. Do i hav to reissue it now or i can do that after i apply once?
Plz help. Sad

Seniors,

1. What has to be filled for the present time in the application form ? for example: Im currently working for a company from 1.10.2008 till now. So what should i write in TO? should i write till now or still working?

2. Can i use blank sheet or another print out of the form to give additional information when the space is less in the actual form?

3. Do i have to give bank statement or bank certificate at initial stage?
