I'd suggest you to compare your role and responsibilities with the NOC code description.

Moreover 1122 has reached its cap and no more applications would be accepted until further notice at least.

In my view try and look for other NOC which is/are closest to your current and past work experience.

Hello dear senior friends; Anil, Indira, Dr.Hasib and everyone else

I have some Q's and will be thankful to anyone who could explain what I should do

1) Do we have to sign and date all the pages of the forms or is that just enough to sign and date where we have boxes for signature and date.

 One confusing matter is that on the CIO checklist you can see clearly that the Application For Permanent Residence(IMM 0008 GENERIC) needs to be completed, and it doesn't say that we should sign and date it, whereas the Schedule 1 or  or theAdditional Family Info ( IMM 5604) are emphasized to be signed.  On the other hand My Vo says that we have to sign and date the 0008 Generic.

Now, don't you think it's better to sign and date the whole pages.  What have you friends done?

2) Given that the forms(Generic, Shedule 1, Schedule 3 and...) are requested by both CIO and VO, Shall we include one copy in the CIO bundle and one in the VO set, or is it enough to send the forms only once?

I am really confused about these and as I have requested the courier to send me back the package so that I could correct some mistakes, I feel really obsessive with any point. I want to send it all flawless if I am lucky enough to get back my package which is apparently on its way back home.

now i am told by my immigration agent that first we need only to submit the first 9 documents in the IMM 5612 checklist and at a later stage we can submit the visa office checklist and its supporting documents when CIO asks us to submit it. so initially we need to submit only the application forms , original IELTS score and visa processing fees. but i am seeing in the forum that we need to submit the complete application forms and supporting documents first.

so i am really confused.so please clarify this matter and help me and others.

Looks like you consultant was in hibernation for a long time And i suggest you do not trust him/her. Please make use of this forum and submit your application successfully The procedures have changed and so you will have to send the entire application pack to the CIO, including the CIO checklist(IMM 5612) and the VO specific checklist.

We are here to help you out in case of any queries.

Please go through the below thread and you will find a wealth of REAL information about submitting applications after June 26 2010, i bet your consultant will not have a 20% knowledge of what you can get in this forum

Yes joy, indraprbha has guided u the truth. YOu have to submit all your cio and vo checlist document at once. If ur agent is saying so formeit seems to be a kind of trying to rip u as time comes not knowing what the exact fact is in regards to immigrating to canada procedure. JUST BE AWARE. Fill it on ur own and get helpfrom this forum u can doit on ur own.

Hey folks!
today i checked CC acoount and found visa VISA PURCHASE IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW SYDNEY NS in process does that mean that my application was accepted?
I mean i was forsure that my file would be returned coz i had missed some documents as per VO checklist and even had requested the courier to return it back but all my effort was not successful just hoping for the best and preparingfor the worst i was preparingmyselftoget the file returned.
BUt here in this forum some ofthe folks have said if ur CC or BD is encashed then ur fileisin further processing.HOW TRUE IS THIS?

PLZ plz folks share ur experience and experts thoughts. Really impatient to hear the fact.........

It was my baby's passport copy, as per VO requirement of all dependent though baby is not accompaningwith us this time.

Hi Bhavik

I have added your name in the ND tracker, so let me know the city where you are residing now.
(1) You don't have to make 2 different covers for each set .... instead put the whole stuff (both bundles /sets) in a big cover.... and then seal. Better to use binder clips ...instead of pins / gem clips.
(2) Birth certificate - Notarized copy of actual BC + Original translation in English (keep a copy for your own reference) + affidavit by the person who has translated the document (that he is an authorized person for such translation...... details are given on page 17 of EG7 under 'Translation of Documents'). ALL the 3 documents are mandatory.

Yup... NO stocks / MFs where the funds are not definite.

(2) 10th pass certificate copy notarized

Highlight the section of 10th class ...sl # 3
