Its Just a Normal Label Stickers , try to find some White Blank Sticker And write your Name and Full address in English and in your Current Location's Local Language, it will be used when they will send you any communication so they dont need to print any name on env. just will stick those sticker , its is good to send them 3 to 5 lables though 2 are required ,

CIO will not inform you. If u have sent it via express courier service(fedex/DHL/TNT) then check the tracking system to find out whether your application has been received by CIO. U can also check with your bank to find out whether your bank draft has been encashed or not.
If u have mentioned in your application form that u travelled some places outside your country, then travel documents is mandatory.As your new passport also has proof of travel, CIO might not find it as incomplete.

Hi. I am quite new to this forum. I was not lucky enough to get to know it before ,which for sure would have helped a lot, and would have spared me the deep regret I feel now.
Could someone please explain what has gone with the post june 26 applications? Is there anybody that has got some email,reference number,or written letter from the CIO with regards to the application sent after june 26? Is there anybody that has received their application returned by the CIO? How long does it take for the app. to be returned since the CIO receives it? I am very likely in need for reapplying. That's really sad to be wishing your app. being returned faster to be able to reapply in a timely manner.

And Finally, What is this 33 weeks stuff?  Could someone pls clarify?

Any answer would be truly appreciated.

I am Joy from India. I am a Pharmacist.( completed my B.Pharm degree ).
can somebody please help me and send me a sample template for getting the Experience certificate model. i want to prepare a new experience certificate . the job description in India and in canada do not match. so can some one please help me with one sample model for Community pharmacist. also can someone help with the Industrial pharmacist experience certificate model.

also when we apply , do we need to add any covering letter to explain our profile and how we have calculated the points etc. is this letter required or should we send only the application form and the supporting documents.

Congrats for sending the application. As for your worry / query .... regarding non submission of old PP copy. It is our guess/ initiative to send the same. It is not mentioned anywhere except that we have to send copy of our present (valid) passport. We are submitting the same (if we have traveled on that) as a proof for our travel  history statement!!! I sincerely don't think there will be a problem....
Our good friends who have submitted their applications are all waiting for some response 
Few (un)lucky ones have received their applications back and few unlucky ones (with added bad luck!!) applications are either lost or untraceable  ........... Initially (August/Sept), it was taking between 2 to 4 weeks (returned application) ...... now it is worst ....anywhere between 2 to 12 weeks!!!
Others are just waiting for some email,reference number,or written letter from the CIO ....... (as you asked)

33 weeks stuff is nothing but the maximum (or minimum....god knows) waiting period as claimed by few applicants, as informed by CIO agents, as instructed by CIO to these agents, as ....what (k)not!!!

Don't worry, be happy......!! After submission, nobody can do anything. What was your mode of payment??? If it's CC you will soon hear some good news....

Thank u for quick reply, and the welcome. It was so kind of u. Unfortunately I had no choice but paying through Money Order which I asked a friend in Canada to buy and send me. This kind of payment is untraceable if I'm not mistaken ,except for the AOR from the CIO that seems to be more than elusive so far.Is there any other way I could track my money order status? I don,t have a CC and BD is not available in my country. The only option was MO as I mentioned.
I'm frustrated. The whole process has been so bumpy for me. I got my IELTS result by sep 10th. I had decided to use the service of a representative based in Canada, and I expected my file to have been sent as soon as my test result was taken. After being held in anticipation for more than one month I found out that we were being misled by the lawyer, and we had a lot of documents lost. I was lucky to have the rest of the dox back, and then it was a new start again from scratch. Thank god, I still had my test result, a band 8 that was of great value to me. So I started over.Now I am at this point, wishing that I had my application back to get it absolutely flawless. Reading the posts yesterday has implied this sense that there are a group out there in the CIO who are prying on our tiniest flaws to reject our case when there might be no time left.
Anyway, I hope u and everybody who has apllied , will soon get good news.
