hi guys


im on a swap i year visa thats non renewable, but im in the bc pnp process.. problem is my visa runs out before i get my answer on the pnp... so how can i keep working while i wait for my answer... i heard something about immplied status and a loophole in the swap visa can anyone explain, otherwise ill have to apply for a visitors visa while i wait which will mean i cant work.. anyone ever had this problem???

my husband's work permit is about to expire on Nov.30,2010 and he was advised by the CIC call center to file an extension of his work permit since there's no guarantee that we will be issued a PR visa before that date.
if you are in canada, contact the CIC call center and tell them about your situation. They can advise you on what you need to do and give you info on how to apply for extension if that applies to your situation as well.

Maybe I'm late with myquestion,but I'm planning to do the same process-SWAP and then apllying for BC PNP.What happened when your wp expire?
