Hi,

I want to apply for a PR and I have some questions on applying for immigration.

I am basically a software Engineer with work experience of more than 6 years

1. Which is the best one to apply "Skilled workers and professionals" or "Quebec-selected skilled workers".
2. I am a citizen of India, currently living in USA on L1 visa. What would be the time frame when I apply from USA?
3. My daughter is born in US and she has a US passport. I don't want to apply for a Canada PR as she will loose her US citizenship when we apply for Canada citizenship. What are the immigration process that I need to take care when I apply for myself and my spouse?
