Immigration visa expiration

We have obtained immigration visa (family class) by Feb 2010, me as main applicant plus my dependent spouse and daughter, I became a permanent residence by April 2010 but my wife and daughter did not travel to Canada and their visas have been expired, now they want to travel to Canada, can they renew their visas? Or they should go from the beginning?

PR visas are not "renewable".  You must apply to sponsor them, from the beginning, again.

Assuming that they need a TRV to enter Canada, it is unlikely that they would be issued as it is their intention to remain permanently rather than visit.

I think the same way....you have to be pretty inconscient of what the hell you are doing without knowing all the consequences...

I ganna tell you the story behind, during those months we have divorced and now we think about remarry again (marriage problems  )

Ok fine, but now I have intention to go and settle down in Canada by early October, which means that I have no job till now (while i have a good career in fact), but I have transferred a good amount of money to Canada, can they accept this bank balance as an evidence to financial support? Even I can raise that amount, as I want them to join me as soon as possible.

Yes. Just show proof of savings and proof of your current or last job, and plans you have to get a job in Canada. A certain income is not necessary to sponsor a spouse and children, but the visa officer will want to see evidence that you can support them.
