Dear Friends,
I am a commerce graduate and I was waiting for the Accountant NOC for Canada immigration however unfortunately this time CIC has removed the accountant profession from immigration category. I have a big ambition that to settle in Canada and therefore I am exploring all ways to go to Canada. I know there are several way to migrate to Canada, of the options is arranged employement, since my company has the Canada overseas operation I can get official employment letter from Canada office. Here my doubt is how we can do the immigration process, the below are my questions.
* What kind of applications that needs to be filled for the arranged employment.
* Is it the same application as for the skilled category?
* Is any links are available to get more help for the entire information.
* If I could do the immigration through our company, is it necessary that I need to work in the same company over Canada, can I move any company that I wish.
* Is it compulsory that I need to be in Canada after the immigration, can I come back to my present country and work here after the all Canada immigration.
Thanks for all for your valued reply.

The Canada office has to apply for your AEO (arranged employment opinion) from Service Canada. If they get it, they send it to you. You apply under the skilled worker program using the same forms but including your AEO which qualifies you to apply without being on the list of 29. That is it. Oh, and you get extra points and don't have to bring funds because you have an AEO.
Once you get your PR visa, you need to land in Canada before it expires. You also need to make sure you spend at least 730 days in Canada in your first 5 years as a PR and any 5 year period after that. You do not have to work for the company that gave you the AEO.
