dear all
             i was deported from usa in dec 2007 for the over stay of my visa (i overstayed my visa for almost 4 years) , now i already know that i need to get a fbi clearance to apply for the Canadian immigration but i need to know how to get it

You can obtain an FBI clearance even though you are presently not in the US. You will just need to provide a current address where you would like them to send it to. please visit their website for all the instructions:
