Hi There
I got divorced couple of years back and I have two kids from my previous marriage.( I got sole custody)

in 2004 I got married again with a lady she got a dependent kid/
( The said kid is mine when she use to be my girlfriend back in 1994.but I wasn't aware of this because I left the country and stay abroad for 10 years)
I want her to sponsor to canada. but I made a mistake I didn't sponsor her right after the marriage because her parents were not agree to let her daughter go abroad at that time .
the said lady use to be my girlfriend and she had one my kid ,but I never knew about it I came to know it when I visited her in 2004 and got married.
Now since I know she got my kid back in 1994 when she use to be my girlfriend and in 2004. I got married with her.
But I made a mistake I never mentioned about my marriage to canada revenue agency bercause she never came here after the marriage and her parents won't allow her to do so.
but now they are ok with her going abroad and I wish to sponsor her to canada.
I would like to know is this going to be a trouble ?
or what can I do about it ?
I am going to send her sponsorship forms soon
