This drives me crazy. People like these are the ones who make the whole process is so complicated for the rest of us.

100% agree - This guy (and his accomplices) need to be locked up and the key thrown away.

This is really really sick......I wouldn't be surprised if there are more people operating like this from other provinces and cities. Agreed Baloo
