Not with the initial application to Nova Scotia. Once they approve it at their end and send you a receipt of application, then they will give you 120 days to collect the documents and send to Buffalo visa post. So, don't sweat.

The best way to verify any information on Canadian Immigration is to visit the official website of CIC - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

You only need to send Application forms plus processing fees for now. All supporting documents ( police certs ielts etc ) folliow later if you are accepted by Nova Scotia.
On the schedule 3 form, make sure you give a good detailed description in the Main Duties section for your job.

Hey

Been a bit quiet. Getting busy with work and traveling to conferences. The waiting for getting frustrating so the best was to forget about the CA application and just wait for a letter :). I don't think CIC Buffalo is going slow, but you know how it is, nothing could be fast enough for us.

How are you doing? Any closer with your application?

I totally agree with you. I am in the same shoes, keeping myself busy with work and otherwise - 2 New Contracts, will take me easily into Jan2010  :))!! .
Just gotta wait, I guess. You are right, nothing could be fast enough for us.
I think, we should just "Let time and fate take it's course".

As always,
Best wishes and regards.
