Further I am having work experience of 41/2 years in Call Center Industry back home. My job profile matches in NOC list 2282 (Supervisor) User Support Technicians in Technical Occupations in Computer and Information Systems category B. Based on the work experience and also as i have completed my 1 year in canada, can i go ahead and apply for the immigration prior to my studies commencement.

Can you please guide me...

They have removed this category after June 26th 2010 rule change. Student in Canada cannot apply under that student category and also your work exp doesn't fall in 29 MOS list

Thanks for your reply sir. So what do you suggest me, my course is going to finish in december 2011, further i am doing the co-op internship as well. So will that help me to some extent, Further can i go ahead and process the application before ending my studies. I heard that the processing time for the immigration is 12 to 18 months if a person is applying through buffalo or detroit.. So if i apply now then if my number is turned up after 12 or 18 months by that time my course will be finished. Can i go ahead & do that.

Your guidance is highly appreciated...

Thanks,

Hi
mohammed.im,
I suggest you to try to find find a job so you can extend your existence in Canada then apply for immigration as a skilled worker who already have a job or at least try to find from now even a conditional job offer showing that if you will get your PR you will get the job.
All my best,
