Hey, everyone.

I would like some help from you, if is possible.

So, I'm brazilian and at this moment I'm in Montreal (Quebec) studing french and english for apply my immigration process. I only want to know if I can apply from here (Montreal) or if I really have to go back to Brazil and apply from there. Is that possible??

PS: I have a visitor visa for 6 months that will expire on 25th July. =/

You can't apply in Quebec unless you were legally admitted on a visa of at least 1 year and not as a visitor.

So, I'll apply for a Student Visa and after 1 year, I'll apply for the immigration.

So, I'll apply for a Student Visa and after 1 year, I'll apply for the immigration.

You may apply for a Student Visa, but you have to do it outside of Canada, you cannot apply for a Student Visa within Canada, only for an extension if you currently hold a Student Visa.
