Immigration process: HELP!

Hello all!
My questions are related to the List of Areas of Training and Mutual Recognition Agreement.
Little bit about my background. I graduated from Yeungnam University, Information and Communication Department, and I hold M.S in Engineering.
Before that, I've received B.S in Telecommunication.
As of 2011, I've working as Software Developer for almost 3.5 years.

Here's the list of question I have prepared so far:

1. How can I check if my MS diploma falls under Mutual Recognition Agreement?
2. What should I choose when answering question 5 from preliminary evaluation form - "What is the field of training related to this diploma"?

So far the only thing I have found in the List of Areas of Training are Computer Engineering(Bach. - 4 years) and Computer Science(Bach. - 3 years)
Does this mean that I can't apply for Quebec Immigration?
