Immigration or not on 5.5 ielts score.

Please Help me about my case this is my points below,

Education    22
Experience   21
Age            10
English Ielts 06 Points Detail L 5 R 4.5 W 5.5 S 6 Overall band 5.5 new results
AEO            10
Adb.    4+5   09

Total points  78

Visa office is not happy with my old score in ielts L 5 R 5 W 4.5 S 6 Overall 5 old results.
he give me two chances to prove my english ability and what i did i send them all office papers work which is in english only  + i did two month coures in british council and coures results.
my last date is 31 oct 2010.
i send my all papers and new ielts score to london visa office but i dont know he will give me immigration or not and also he ask me to prove my AEO.
he send me letter it was about 7 points i talk to my employer in canada and he provided me all papers also he write a letter to visa office that we dont have any problem with his english ability.

what do you think does visa office will give me immigration or not and what to do.

Hi Drooza,

Though i am not a visa officer but i think it will be very hard for the visa officer to accept your current IELTS score. As you mentioned that he gave you 2 chances before which means he is really concerned about your english ability. Even if you have a job offer visa officer wants to make sure that you will not struggle in the daily life routine of canadian life. Showing the office documents in english to visa officer wont help much because he is only concerned about your english ability. I would strongly suggest you to add one more line in your letter ( which i told you before as well) that you will get yourself enrol in a english language course when you will get to Canada to improve your english, i saw one other applicant who wrote many things in his letter plus this as well and i dont know if this was something which did the trick but there is no harm if you mention this maybe visa officer consider this and give you the visa.

i have sent letter and also written there that i will continue my studies in canada as well and also my employer had given me letter that we dont have any problem with this level of english you know my NOC is 2253 drafting technologist and i am not going to tech english there, the letter have been posted two days b4 with othere supporting documents to visa office waiting for good news. my employer have written that if we feel that mr xxxxxx need some english  imporvment we will give him time to take classes in any english language center in canada.

i hop it will work if my employe does not have any problem with my english why visa office have any? and i sure i dont have any problem with my profession english used no all the time its just part of dutie not all my job related with english as long as i will be in english country i will improve my language inshallah.

hopefully it gets sorted for you. Remember visa officer has to be satisfied to get visa not the employer, your score is still not very good but i hope those letters which states that you can take language classes will hopefully help. I hope everything works out in your favour. You have done ur bit now so good luck.

should be ok, if not they will ask you to improve, usually higher band is required for teachers, 4121 or 4131 noc

Be honest if you guys have authority would you give me immigration on this IELTS?
Does my score is that much bad?
I can speak more then five languages?
Does native can speak more one language?

you guys think this kind of immigration system is fare?

some people got refuse on 66 points.
some got refuse with more then 67 points.

what to do please give comments?

Hi to All,
           I applied under 4131, i did not take the IELTS. This is the situation, my 1st language is English and my second language is French. I wrote a written explanation about my languages. Also i got my Master's Degree in June 2010 which states that i am qualified to do Doctoral studies in English.

My application has been in process, since June 2010 and no news yet, I am just a little afraid, since i did not take the IELTS.

Please could someone advise me on what to do? Whether to take the IELTS or wait for their communication. I had written to the visa officer an e.mail , but no reply till date.
