Is there such a thing? where can you complain about the London Office's unprofessionalism, not replying my e mails, letters etc?

No ombudsman known to exist for this department, but complaints have a way of making their way down from the top and a response will normally be prepared after review of the facts provided and giving an opportunity for the office involved to respond.
