hi everybody,
i want to ask you about offices that process the immigration or work permit papers. really i see a lot of them on the web but i'm always suspicious about anything concerning money. so could you kindly inform me about any trusty office that i can deal with and transfer money to them without any fear?

Since they are Federal Gov't offices, why would doubt their honesty?
