immigration officers in visa offices

Hi. Wonder if someone would mind posting a link. I can't seem to reloctae it. It is a site with visa offices and names of officers. My wife is due for an interview in Bogota nov. 10 . CAIPS note reads BF FILE To SCB on 10-11-2009. Just curious if SCB is a lady or a man ( I think that is their initials)..Thanx again for any help.
