Hello DrKeyrouz
I'm Lebanese and Planing to apply next July as a Dentist.
In general lebanese files went to damascus office, now since emmigration department is closed there, all Syrians and Lebanese files went to beirut office. Processing times will be slightly more than before, maybe 1 month late, since beirut office is not ready to analyse that big number of applications. Today i was near the canadian embassy here in beirut there were alot of people waiting in the queue, it seems they are processing alot of applications. Maybe there will be a delay for both lebanese and syrians.
Think about it positively, to be late is better than to loose your chances to get a canadian PR. Like most of gulf countries are doing.
best regard my friend.

Hello DrKeyrouz
I have New Information from Beirut Office.
There's only 3 officers working on all Lebanese Application and Incoming Syrians Applications.
So it will be hard for both of us.
