Hi hope someone can help me i got married in july to a canadian girl im from the UK and when i entered canada i was given 5 months to stay we are going through the immigration process starting on the 10th of october but i have to go  back to the UK as i have legal matters concering my daughter .

We were planning a trip in november but i have read that immigration may not let me back into canada on my return i have contacted my lawyer to write me a letter stating that i have to go to a meeting with him and some people from the court who are dealing with my daughters custody case as was wondering if anyone knows if this will make any difference ????

Tell your wife to sponser you as her husband.Get your application processed in Canada,it will be quicker.
