Start with this guide and move on dude. Read all and assess yourself.
Also at the website take the test to assess yourself.
Hope this helps.

Are you a Canadian?

I didn't understand how it works.
I fly to Canada, live there for 3 years and then going to have a test?

Hi Sodier,
Have you tried visiting http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
Click on the skilled workers and professionals tab.
If you have work experience in one of the 29 eligible occupations and have an acceptable level of english and/or french you can apply to immigrate to Canada. PR Status is granted after you travel to Canada on a PR visa which can take around a year and a half to obtain under the new rules.
If you have served in the israeli army, your background checks may be lengthy depending on your position/rank and may add to your processing time.

A poster has posted direct links to the application guide above...take a look.

Your other options might be to go as a student/worker with a job offer from a canadian company and regularise your PR from within Canada.

Once you are granted PR status, you will need to live in Canada for 3 years to be eligible to apply for citizenship.
Applications from israeli nationals and residents are processed at the Canadian embassy in Telaviv after making an initial application to the case processing centre in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Read details at the link provided above and do your research from there. Members on this forum will be glad to help you with specific details.

I am not Canadian obviously as I am immigrating there on a PR visa! I am originally Indian(Visa office- London, UK).
Good luck!
