Hi, I am Librarian/teacher and want to immigrate to canada alongwith my family but i don't know how/where to start and how much time it will take in this process

Inderjeet you dont have to know a single person in canada for immigrating. Did you know anyone before you were born ? There are many Indian families who accept newcomers as paying guests at a nominal cost. Also web is the best source for information.
