I am Canadian immigrant and I want to apply for my wife immigration, she is in U.A.E. Maximum how many weeks or months will it take for her case to be processed?  She is pregnant and I want her to give birth in Canada, can immigration department process the case faster for such situation?

1.  The processing time at Mississauga is 56 Days, and then there is the processing time at ABu Dhabi http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/times-int/05-fc-spouses.html
2.  Since she is pregnant is quite likely that she will not be able to complete the x-ray portion of the medical, but will have to wait for the birth before completing it, then you will have to add the baby to the application.
3.  No they won't speed up the application for you
