Immigration for wife & husband

I am on H-1B working for a s/w firm in USA, my wife is on H4 she is a pharmacy graduate. I am wondering if I can file immigration for both of us a primary applicants. pharmacy is one of the most sought after field in canada, so that it would be easy for both of us to settle there.

Any info on this is highly appriciated.

Pharmacists are not on the list of "38" so your spouse would not qualify under FSW1 as a skilled worker.
