What NOC code you put in the application. If it didnt match with Magic 38, you will have little luck

hi affie_78

How r u I have also the same case .My case also filed in july 08 & my case does not fall under 38 list . My status still shows application received however i saw many applicants who got thier PR under new rule with in 5-6 months .

You said that you heard that many lawyer around the globe has filed petition to accept the case of (march 08- nov 08)

Is this rumour or true in both the circumstances our result come with in a month
I have asked from my agent he also told me that they are not able to decide either reject the case or accept the case of apllicant like you(march 08- nov 08)

Please give some more information about that & from which country you applied

I contacted my local visa office a number of times via the online facility of case-specific inquiries. but, they didn't reply! i asked whether they happened to send any correspondence to me which might have got lost on its way to me. these people....(*#~!-%)

Mcgyver

I would suggest u email the respective local visa office instead. I have emailed them and have gotten responses quite promptly. So u should try emailing instead of using the query system.
