Can anyone confirm if we need to send any demand draft during the second stage of document submission?
In my case,I am sending it to Buffalo office

yes i am also sending the application to Buffalo office. I had prepared a draft for Right to permanent residence fee. i was also confused initially ,it's not very clear in the checklist or in the instructions document as they have written it will asked at a later stage by the visa office . but in the checklist they have mentioned the fee payment section , so i think it's good if we send it along with the application and it will not unnecessarily delay the processing as they will again be asking for the fees anyways . I am sending the application tomorrow.
