Can any one help me and guide me ,as to what steps to take ,immigration consult in Surrey ,very big name took $1500 ,00 deposit and gave me some forms to take to fill for the employer .He assured that it is 100% ,if we get employer to sign all the forms .and he will proceed .He had only created a file a number ,upon seeing the credentials for the person whom we were trying to get here.
When the employer saw the forms ,he said that he was not willing to provide the CRA info on the application .I respected his decision ,and called immigration consultant ,he said offer him money ,and that people pay up to$20 -$40 thousand to employers .i did not like the sound of that ,and had a really uneasy feeling and immediately my gut was telling me , this guy is not to be trusted .
I asked him since ,no paper work was done , my funds be refunded ,he said he cant .I told him I do not wish to proceed with this .He said okay just apply with out the job letter and there will be 50% chance .
I donot want to deal with this people , I called him several times yesterday he never returned my call .Prior to this he was calling me almost every day since our first consultation if we were to proceed with this .
This is happened just last week .
Please any one here in Surrey ,have any info regarding advocacy in this kind of matter ,please let me know .I also want to disclose the name of this agency so other people will be aware .
