i came here as my father as a dependant at the age of 17 in 2005, my father is on enterpeneur immigration , now it's been 5 years and i want to apply for citizenship, is there any way i can change my immigration type to like skilled worker or something , my father applied to cancel the condition in january but we only received a letter saying that they are processing it last month .

No, you will have to wait until CIC removes the conditions on your and your parents Visa.

do you know how strict are they on the business conditions in quebec and should my father excpect anyinterviews with CIC after submitting the request?
