This forum has now turned into personal mud slinging arena (for no reason). I am appalled by the extent of personal attacks and religious bullying you guys could resort to   Canada certainly needs learned people like you all. Hope you get your visas soon. Happy New Year.

PS: The reason I deleted my posts were because I didn't want to hurt anybody's sentiments. I just shared what I knew. Never did I realize that good advice can have such a backlash, that too personally.

But Sir, U started this thread with "personal attacks" (see below)... & all your posts thereafter amounted to "mud slinging"... though u deleted them all after the damage was done - especially to u - when your antecedants were posted by some of the members (including me). It's thus opined beyond doubt that when u realized the depth of knowledge encompassing this forum - u developed 'cold feet'!

One thing we learnt here nonetheless, from u... that one can post anything & everything - get heard - and then delete the posts, uhh all of them(!)... this is something unique to u, Sir brett !!!

For all those offering free advice in this forum (Qorax and Co.) Beware !!!!!!

All those offering advice on Immigration here can be prosecuted by the Crooked Consultants Act. In June, the Conservative government launched the latest attempt at regulation, with the introduction of Bill C-35 into the House of Commons, also known as the Cracking Down on Crooked Consultants Act. The humour couched in the name of the act may suggest to some that this attempt at regulation is disingenuous at worst and self-deprecating at best.
If enacted, the act will provide that no person shall knowingly represent or advise a person for consideration — or offer to do so — in connection with [an immigration proceeding] unless the person is a member in good standing of a law society (i.e., a lawyer), or a member of a body designated by the government.
 
There are a few points to pull out of that sentence. The prohibition does not require that the person actually provide any advice. Even offering to do so is not allowed. (We'll call that the crime of “attempted consulting.”)

So all those guys adding stars to your profile here by freely offering advice.....Watch Out !!! The stick is coming soon. Its not easy to try and put genuine practitioners out of business by providing alternatives. They have worked hard and aquired the knowledge and experience to practice. You cannot tell people not to hire consultants so easily !!!!!

Lets consider :-

So far as I see you Mr Sandhu, at the age of 60 yrs if you could say all the crap here, then your misdeeds are unforgivable. You kept on harping on your crapy point till you got a befitting reply from members of this forum. You are cheating people by running an immigration firm and advicing other people about Crooked Consultants Act. For me you are a crooked consultant much before the implementation of that Act.  You started your consultancy business in 2004 and cheated Mr Grum in 2007, ie within 3 years of working and God knows how many other victims may be there. It is like a dacoit is telling someone dont run over red light.

Your apology which came on at a later stage was neither coming out of your heart nor it was unconditional. You attacked and attacked and unjustificably justified till today all your misdemeneur/ misadventure. How can this be possible that you can attack everyone here and people would keep quite especially when you were at wrong end ?    

Your religion and my religion is same, sewa in sikh religion is most important karma and it is free, but as per your ideology nothing comes free in this world. You are a consultant by profession, to take money for advice is your right, but at the same time you cant force anyone to stop giving advice free of cost. Can the restaurant owners say that free food should not be served in Gurudwara by taking up your plea.  You were stupid and that is why members here attacked even sikh religion, it was your fault to bring my religion to disrepute. You being custodian of sikh religion should have taken care of it and should have taken right steps to uphold the values of sikh religion.

I, till date see no remorse in you, please dont justify you misdeeds. You personally attacked everyone here and despite the record you are denying it.   Your misdeeds are uncondonable and dont question others steps especially when you were at grave fault. Any day dont say that you were only warning here. Nobody is kid here who is not able to read you ulterior motive in spilling s  h  i  t  here.

You really think members here are exploiting / cheating other members here and can be booked under Crooked Consultants Act. You said that who can write long posts without any consideration.  We are here helping landed members by contributing in terms of our valuable time, money and energy and it is not exactly free, we get a lot of love, satisfaction and friends in doing so and that is what we are looking for.  It is not free suggestions here only and nothing on ground.  I cant suggest you grow up to understand all this cause you are already 60 years old.

Ans: Firstly, Sir who r u to warn anyone? Secondly, your own continued posts thereafter were all smelling of your personal agenda. Thirdly, Sir u started the religious hints; and not just religious - u were also whimsical against the complete Canadian Immigration system in those posts. Fourthly, Yes - I do condone this behaviour -- but u were the propagator, not others!

Dear Qorax,
                Thanks for "entombing his post before he delete it" I have been in this forum over a year now and till date I have not noticed a guy writing and deleting like this man is doing. I think in army this is called "guerrilla warfare', first hitting and then hiding ( in his case deleting ).
                One thing is sure, he had wasted precious time of members of this forum which could have been used for better purpose.
