Hi! I wanted to know what does the request of sending this form to the LHC indicate? Does this mean the case is progressing and that background checks have already been made

means you are put to more background / security checks than normal

Yeah,

It means more background/security check will be carried out on your application. But you don't have to include this form until you are specifically asked to do so.
