Hi there,,

I received another letter today asking me to send the Immigrant Summary & Supplementary Information to CHC within 30 days. I am wondering if anybody has received the same thing or have at least heard about it and what does this letter mean? is it a good indicator?

your answer is highly appreciated

Yes, there is nothing un-usual if you are asked to submit the supplimentary information about you  and your dependants. You have to provide it. It is almost same information given in the background declaration, question about how many passports you have.,  military service details if applicable ... etc.

I have never heard they asked for these type of documents from the applicants.
is there any official specimen/instruction which info should be provided?
why would they ask for this  type of doc?

this document is all about documenting the travel history for past 10 years, i guess as I have traveled allot, maybe that's what triggered this request
I am filling it out now and will send it, But, with all your experience, do you think this could mean im near the final stage, like MR should be on the way soon?
Jul 2007 applicant, already 48 months now.

I think so, asking additional documents is a good sign and at the same time processing 'could be' delayed as well.

how did they come to know that you have visited many countries as you have declared in your application form about your travel record. have you visited many countries after that? you ever had any military training?

Hi!

Its nothing to do with travel history. Old 2007 SAP applicants used to get these instructions to send these forms. Check the following post.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/personal-net-worth-statement-immigrant-summary-and-supplementary-information-t58522.0.html

Hi!

yes you are right they may ask or not the following forms at a later stage but not everybody is required to send the following forms.

Referring to the link pasted in a post above

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/forms_skilled-formulaires_qualifies.aspx?lang=eng

This is I copied from CHC london website

"The following additional documents may be required at a later stage. Please only provide these documents if they have been requested."

1) Immigrant Summary and Supplementary Information | PDF * (48 KB)
2) Personal Net Worth Statement | PDF * (42 KB)

I do not want to disappoint you but in reality its not a good sign. Your application will be put through more checks and can take some additional time to process.

Thanks

Dear I am not absoultely sure but having read this forum I came to know that always old applicants were asked to send these forms. One of those guys was mohan joshi I remember who submitted these forms and his case then took a considerable amount of time. Now the information you will fill into these forms like travel history and proof of funds they might verify it.

Thanks
