Paniz, I am in same situation as u.

Plz tell me, how u filled these 2 forms?

Especially the IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM: who filled it? Is it only u as main applicant or both u & ur spouse?

Plz help me, my friend, as I don't know how to fill in the IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM

Yours sincerely
tina

IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM (AKA; e_sum.pdf )....

You will need to fill it out as appropriate as possible. Fill out the form on system do not fill it out with pen. this way it will be neater and clearer. For the occupation area, write out your job title and the address of the Job. I have seen a situation where the IO returned the form because that applicant did not filled it out properly.

Fill out exactly the same for your partner/wife/husband...if you look carefully at the bottom there is a place where to write the name of applicant and signature for declaration, that place you can differentiate 'who is who' i.e. if it is you, write your name on that form and sign it. and for your partner/wife/husband copy, you write his/her name and he signs it.

If you have any child of 18 or above you should print out same copy for them too and they will need to write their names and sign at the bottom like I explained.

Do not forget to make 2 copies each for everyone that filled out this form, i.e. duplicate.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hi Folks
Two months after sending medical results , CHC London asked me to fill "Immigrant Summary and Supplimentary Information" form. I filled it and sent them two weeks ago.
Anybody knows how many days after I submitted it , I will receive PPR?
Best wishes for all

London Office...from my rough calculations after receiving your Med, RPRF and Summary form they will request for your passport for visa stamping sometimes 1month or 1month+6 days later if you're successful in security & background checks. I hope this helps.
Good luck.
Dear minus360
Thank you so much for your reply.
But I could not fill it out on system and I fill it out with pen.
In addition in occupation area they asked just job title , not address!!!
Do you think they will returne it?
Thanks in advance

Fingers crossed... Lets hope that you have a good IO. But with bright expectation it should be okay, He/she should not return it because you did not filled out your addresses. That form is weakest forms in Canada Immigration process. There is not clear explanations on how to complete it and they still often return it to applicants to complete it appropriately whereas they have'nt given a guide to its completion.
Once again, I hope it all goes well for us all, it is all about building a greater future for our selves and children. God bless and good luck.
