Hi Folks
Two months after sending medical results , CHC London asked me to fill "Immigrant Summary and Supplimentary Information" form. I filled it and sent them two weeks ago.
Anybody knows how many days after I submitted it , I will receive PPR?
Best wishes for all

Paniz, I am in same situation as u.

Plz tell me, how u filled these 2 forms?

Especially the IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM: who filled it? Is it only u as main applicant or both u & ur spouse?

Plz help me, my friend, as I don't know how to fill in the IMMIGRATION SUMMARY FORM

Yours sincerely

I asked them two weeks before that I received that letter about my status and they sent me an email that your file is in backgound check. One week later I received that letter.
This form is a specific form just for CHC London and you can find it in this link:

My Ecase status is In Process now.

Dear Paniz, i have no kids.
so, did u mean that me & my spouse will fill this separately? but where it says ''PRINCIPAL APPLICANT'' in the Immigration Summary Form, should my spouse fill the form as principal applicant coz i am the principal applicant.
please guide me clearly on this issue, i asked so many people but none of them give clear answer as to how my spouse will fill this form if he is not the main applicant?

and wht u mean by ''Don't remember you should fill it duplicate''

Hi Tina
Sorry about my mistake.
Don't forget that you should fill it duplicate. (two forms for each person).
yes. you and your spouse should fill the form. you as a principal applicant when you fill it. and your spouse as a principal applicant when he fill it.
I hope it was clear.

Dear Paniz
thnx ur kind reply from my heart.
i am not an expert but i think if everything goes ok, u will receive PPR by end of December, 09.

please keep patience & bear in mind that u r in a better position as ur file is now in Local CHC, who will respond if u send any query & not in Sydney who wont care no matter how many times u knock.

So, i think u will be fine & i wish a very best new year gift (PPR) :)

yours sincerely

London Office...from my rough calculations after receiving your Med, RPRF and Summary form they will request for your passport for visa stamping sometimes 1month or 1month+6 days later if you're successful in security & background checks. I hope this helps.
Good luck.
