Hi,

I just made some small envelopes to attach my partner's photos and the photos of his children. His country-specific guide (Philippines) says:

"Photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicant's
name, date of birth and signature"

I labeled one photo in the bunch for each person, with their name and birth date. He signed for the children's photos and signed his own.

However I just re-read the instructions and wondered if I should put HIS name on the back of his children's photos? Or the child's name. We are not planning to sponsor the kids at this moment. So i would assume HE is the applicant?

No, it's OK the way you did it.  Non-accompanying dependents are still technically "applicants".

Thanks Charlie! You've been so helpful. He signed for his kids and wrote "Father" beside it but I hope it will be ok since they are only children and don't have 'signatures'
