EG7 requires that applicants should use IMM5612 (the CIO's checklist) as the cover page. I also drafted my own cover letter. My question is: which one should be the very first page? My own cover letter or IMM5612? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah this is exactly what I thought at first too. But, isn't it a literal violation of EG7's requirement? What if the VO viewing my case happen to be an unthinking machine who tries to make everything difficult to the applicant?  Cry

I've heard many stories in our forum saying that VOs sometimes really don't bother to think in the applicant's shoes...
