i am trying to fill the 1mm5562e form for travel , but perhaps it is only readable form. is this form is filled by hand

You can find it along with your regional guide, appendix A.
The visa office also used to send a copy of Supplementary Information printed form to applicants like travel information, Military service etc, if necessary.

If you need  make one in plain paper in your own  following format.


Example:

Heading:  Foreign travel details

           Name:                                File number:

   Country & City   visited       From  (date )                      To  (Date )               Purpose   

Saudi Arabia     Mecca, Madina      xx  July 2009                 xx   Aug 2009          Pilgrimage

HI Guys..

I found myself unable to fill "my travels" form electronically frofew days.however I filled it successfully 2 weeks ago...

Is any other person facing similar problem... I think now i have to fill it by hand....

I don't know what goes wrong with the form.. it's not accepting any data..

Pls suggest some solution..

In 2008 when I submitted the form, filled up on my type writer and sent it by fax to the visa office. The blank form was received by post from the VO.

You can use the typewriter tool of Acrobat (Under Tools--> Typewriter)

I use this tool when filling it up.
