In IMM5540 question # 11. Asks are you living in Canada and if yes since when?

My details are as follows:

Born in Asia, lived in Asia until
Migrated to Canada in April 1996, lived in Canada until
Moved/Worked in the US in 2007 - 2008, lived in the US until
Returning to Canada on May 2008

What should be my response to:

Are you living in Canda: Yes

Since when ?

Please advise.

  The question is:

Are you living in Canada ?  Answer is : Yes , Since May 2008.

But you can make a brief note, if you wish to do so,  as an additional sheet as you described in your post.
