IMM5491 Questions!!

Hi there...I should start my own thread with just questions i've asked over the past week!!! lol

Situation: I am sponsoring my wife, through the London UK office. I currently live in the UK with her and our son, where I have lived for the last 6 years.

Questions On IMM5491:
- What is 'Option C Printout'?
- Do I need to provide that if it is a Spousal application?

The Option C printout is usually obtained from Revenue Canada and details your sources of income and taxes paid over the most recent tax year.  If you do not have one because you have been residing exclusively outside of Canada, you may provide the equivalent document if such a thing is available from the tax authorities where you are (in the UK it is a P60) OR provide a letter from your current employer detailing your period of employment, hours of work, annual salary etc etc.
