IMM5481 question

Hello everyone!

With respect to IMM5481, question #5/6:

I am sponsoring one person, my spouse, and that is the current undertaking and, of course, myself.  Then I would NOT use page 2 of 2 ('Details of family members and persons included in undertaking in effect or not yet in effect') and fill in ‘Not Applicable'?? 

Just to understand this form... the questions #5B, #6A, #6B on page 2 of 2 matches #5, #6A and #6B on page 1 of 2?  Can anyone let me know if this is how they understand this part??

Yes if you are only sponsoring your spouse then fill in the current undertaking and put NA or 0 in the rest of the boxes and then NA on the questionnair if this is your only sponsorship
