Dear Seniors,

I am the main applicant in my application and I have spouse with 2 kids.

I have query regarding Form IMM5406E.

When I am filling the form for spouse (wife) , Do I have to fill the form as below:-

Blank       Applicant
ABC                            Spouse           (here I need to fill the details of Spouse (If I am not wrong))
ABC's mother name        Mother            ( Mother in Law name)
ABC's mother name        Father             ( Father in Law name)

SECTION B

Children's details to be given again  ( which was given in Main Applicant (myself) Form)

SECTION C

Brother & Sisters of my wife ( which will not be same as Main Applicant)

Please confirm the above , If any changes , Please suggest.

you have to fill vice versa one u will be main applicant and in another form
you wife will be main applicant and you will be spouse plus parents name
will change, child information remain same.

You need to fill name in native language also so make it copy keep one in English
and one in native language so it will be easy and clean to understand

Dear Rehaan,

I am not clear with ur instruction. How my wife will be main applicant (as myself is Primary Appicant). I have to keep the first line (Section A) blank and from second line ( which is showing Spouse or common law partner), I have to fill the details for my wife.

I have filled the form in English. Do we need to fill the full form in Native Language.....Is it mandatory...?Its very tedious to fill the form in native language....?

hi,
Note there is no "principal applicant" on the IMM 5406, just applicant.  So if you have a spouse, and a dependent over 18 say.  You complete one as the applicant, your spouse completes one as the applicant, and your dependent completes one as the applicant.
