The guide (3999E) says:
Quote
You and each of your family members 18 years of
age or over, whether accompanying you to
Canada or not, must complete their own copy of
this form.
Just to clarify - in this case "family member" means spouse and children, yes?

Also, would my common-law sponsor need to fill this form our as well?

Yes, unless he/she is a Canadian citizen or PR.

Ok, so since she's my sponsor, ergo a citizen or PR, she doesn't have to fill it out. Thanks! Smiley


Now I just have to call my mom's husband so I can get information on his kids - people I've met two or three times... *sigh*
