What's the difference between the EA and E forms of IMM 1344?? I'm losing my skull trying to find the answer. The forms look somewhat the same, but there is no mention of which to use. When I download the generic IMM1344, I get either the IMM1344EA or the IMM1344E. Which do you use?? Help!!

The old forms have been consolidated to a new form which is now IMM1344 E (02-2012) (E for English and F for French ) APPLICATION TO SPONSOR, SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT AND UNDERTAKING.
You need only to complete this form to be signed by you( sponsor ) and your spouse ( the person who is sponsored ).

Previously the forms were separate, which are invalid now:
IMM 1344 A Application to sponsor and undertaking.
IMM1344B sponsorship agreement

it seems as if they have a new form for IMM 1344 as of this month and now needs to be validated. so it should be this new one that is on the site. it looks much better than the old one too! no extra pages for co-signer (if u don't need one)

CIC make updates on some of the forms and guides frequently. This new form eliminates the use of multiple forms.
