IMM1344E form' signature- HELP~~~

Hi,

I will sponsor my husband to immigrate to Canada.

When i fill up the IMM1344E form, Page 7, there're 3 place to sign it:
 
Sponsor's signature: I will sign it.

Signature of Sponsor's spouse or Common lww partner (if co-signer) : Whether my husband still need to sign it? He is sponsor's spouse, but not co-signer. what should i do?

Signature of sponsored person (Principal applicant): My husband will sign it

just sign the 2 spot as its a spousal sponsorhip there is no cosigner so you sign you part and your husband sign his pat not the cosigner part that part is reserved if it was another type of sponsorship parental for example
