i would like to know something about this form,especially details of family member,,,i dont have any kids,so i just included,my mom,dad,and my only brother,,,is that right?and for the pictures,how many pictures,every one of my family needs to join to the forms?i know for me they ask for 8 pics,,but i can't find anything about famiy's member,,,

Are you being sponsored as a spouse?  If that's the case, yes, just list your parents and your brothers and sisters.  You don't need photo's for them if it is a spousal sponsorship.  Just photos of you.

The parents and siblings are NOT included on the IMM 008 They are included on the IMM 5406.  You really should re-read the form and the instructions again, or the application will be returned.

PMM is right.  Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to the form numbers.  I was thinking it was the Additional Family Information form.  I really need to memorize those numbers.

but they say,on this form imm0008gent1 page 2,details of family members:you must provide the following details about each of your family members,whetther they will be acompanying you to canada or not,You must include your spouse or common-law partner,if applicable,and all of your dependant children,and those of your spouse or common-law partner,who are not already permanent residents or citizens of canada.

The key passage is:

"who are not already permanent residents or citizens of canada."

If you are being sponsored as a spouse your spouse must be a PR or citizen of Canada, so they are not included.

And the other part here is that it says spouse and children.  Your first question was about parents and siblings.  No place here for parents and siblings.  Write NOT APPLICABLE or N/A in those spaces.
